<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which can reduce fluctuation of an oscillation frequency of a piezoelectric oscillation element. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device comprises: an element mounting member including a substrate part, a first frame part and a second frame part; a piezoelectric oscillation element mounted in a first recess space; thermistor elements 140 mounted in a second recess space K2; a lid hermetically sealing the first recess space; electrode terminals G for external connection provided on the second frame part; and third recess spaces K3 each provided between two neighboring electrode terminals for external connection on the same edge side of the second frame part of the element mounting member.
