<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric razor that can preferably provide cutting performance suitable for a load. <P>SOLUTION: The electric razor includes a linear vibration actuator 10 having a stator 11 formed of an electromagnet and a mover 12 with a permanent magnet 12a. The electric razor also includes: an amplitude control part 40 for detecting amplitude of the mover 12 based on induction voltage generated at a winding 11a of the stator 11 accompanied by the reciprocating motion of the mover 12. The amplitude control part 40 determines beard thickness of a user according to a detected temporal change of the amplitude and changes a target value of the amplitude of the mover 12 to the target value suitable for the detected beard thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
