Disclosed are a wireless communication method and system. The wireless communication method comprises: S1. a master device coding an information code sequence comprising a communication demand into an awakening sequence, and sending the awakening sequence to each slave device consecutively in a preset time, the awakening sequence comprising at least two parts, a preset relevance existing between the at least two parts, the preset time being greater than or equal to the sum of a dormant period and a sounding period of the slave device, and the sum of the dormant period and the sounding period forming a dormant and awakening period; and S2. the slave device receiving the awakening sequence in the sounding period, decoding the awakening sequence, and determining the relevance between the at least two parts, so as to decide whether to be awakened and to perform a corresponding response according to information about the decoding. Through implementation of the technical solution of the present invention, power consumption of wireless communication is reduced, coding efficiency is improved and the communication procedure is made simpler. |
