The present invention is to smoothly perform the operation of combining videos. An imaging apparatus is equipped with a combination candidate selection processing unit. The combination candidate selection processing unit determines the probability of combining another video with a video of selected basis for combination, regarding the generation of one video by combining a plurality of videos. In addition, the combination candidate selection processing unit selects a video capable of being combined with the video of the selected basis for combination among other videos as a candidate video to be combined, based on the determined result. |
