In particular, the present invention relates to an electronic modular building apparatus which assembles blocks with a variety of functions to be operated by electric energy. The electronic modular building apparatus of the present invention comprises: a hub wherein a control unit is mounted; a plurality of first connector units mounted on the hub; blocks wherein a function unit having one or more functions is mounted; and a second connector unit mounted on a side of the blocks and detachably coupled to the first connector unit. The first connector unit and the second connector unit are electrically connected and electrically connects the control unit and the function unit. A magnet is installed in at least one of the first connector unit or the second connector unit and detachably combines the first connector unit with the second connector unit.
