Disclosed is a tube system bending machine. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tube system bending machine, capable of loading a tube having gone through a pretreatment process to a carriage and bending the same, comprises: a high-frequency heater to locally heat a loaded tube; a base frame installed in one side of the high-frequency heater; a transfer frame installed to reciprocate the base frame; a bender frame installed to be lifted in the upper part of the transfer frame; a bending mold installed to be rotated in the upper part of the bender frame, and to form a vertical split by having a top bending die arranged in an upper part, and a bottom bending die arranged in a lower part, and having each tube combining groove in a lateral side; a holder installed in a supporting frame on the upper part of the bending mold to hold by pressing the upper part of the bending mold when bending by operation of a fourth hydraulic cylinder; and a side booster installed on one side of the top bending die and the bottom bending die, and having a pair of pressure dies capable of clamping a tube by being sliding-operated by a second hydraulic cylinder. The tube system bending machine is bent as being sliding-operated by operation of a third hydraulic cylinder on a slide groove vertically formed on the side booster to be slid in a bending direction while a tube is clamped by the pressure die and alternately bent left and right by a turn-over device to turn-over in one direction after reloading the tube bent in the other direction in the bending mold to a carriage. |
