The present invention relates to a fetal specific epigenetic marker and a use thereof. The present invention provides a specific epigenetic marker X1, X2, and X3, and a method for a non-invasive prenatal diagnosis and the detection of a fetal DNA from a blood of a pregnant woman using the same. A composition for the detection of the fetal DNA according to the embodiment of the present invention includes one or more markers selected from a group composed of the fetal specific epigenetic marker X1 (sequence number 1), X2 (sequence number 2), and X3 (sequence number 3).
