The present invention relates to a dietary composition for preventing or alleviating diarrhea with reduced fermentable oligo-, di-, mono-, saccharides & polyols (FODMAPs). The composition can be used for an irritable bowel syndrome patient or a patient who has frequently diarrhea during tube feeding since bowel function is weaken due to surgery or the like. Also, the composition comprises maltodextrin of DE 10-15 and milk serum protein hydrolysate having a hydrolysis ratio of 5-30%.
