<p>The present invention relates to a clipboard comprising a board and a clip (100) to fix a writing paper in a completely unfolded state and, more specifically, to a clip easily separated from a board and a clipboard having the same. The clip, consisting of a supporting surface (110) having a rivet hole (111) to be closely fixated to the upper surface of a board (11) whereon the writing paper can be placed by riveting, and an elastic pressing piece (120) installed on the supporting surface (110) to fixate an upper end portion of the writing paper to the supporting surface, comprises the following: a gap unit (130) spaced apart from the upper surface of the board and is formed on one side of an edge of the supporting surface; a rivet supporting unit (140) that is formed on the supporting surface to support a head portion of the rivet and is formed to be divided around the rivet hole by a plurality of cut lines (150) connected to the rivet hole, wherein and the rivet supporting unit is formed to be recessed toward the board with respect to the supporting surface.</p> |
