<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine, a drink or a food which uses Cucurbita seeds and is effective for dysuria originated from prostatomegaly, pollakiuria/incontinence originated from female mesopausal disorders, stress urinary incontinence often recognized in women, overactive bladder commonly recognized in men and women, dysuria originated from urinary tract infectious disease, and the like, and can safely continuously be taken over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a composition for preventing or treating urologic disease, containing a water extract of Cucurbita seeds as an active ingredient; and a method for producing a composition for preventing or treating urologic disease, including using water as an extraction solvent and immersing the Cucurbita seeds in the extraction solvent to obtain the water extract of the Cucurbita seeds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
