<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve remote access to a local network of a home or a company from a macro base station via a core network while being away from the home or the company with a low load. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless terminal transmits a connection request with a local network. An authentication server responses to the connection request to transmit, to a small base station of the local network, a paging request including GW information for accessing a wireless module connected to a local gateway of the local network and a security tunnel construction request from the local gateway side. The small base station performs paging of the wireless module in response to the paging request. The wireless module requests to the local gateway security tunnel construction from the local gateway side.
