<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooking device for excellently cooking rice by using a water flow through the holes of an inner pot.SOLUTION: A rice cooking device 1 includes: an outer pot 10; an inner pot 20 where holes 23a are arranged in a bottom part 23; and a buffer member 30 arranged on the lower part of the inner pot 20 and between the outer pot 10 and the inner pot 20. There are no holes in a side part 11 and bottom surface 13 of the outer pot 10 and in a side part 21 of the inner pot 20. The buffer member 30 has a ring shape that surrounds at least a part of the holes 23a arranged in the bottom part 23 of the inner pot 20. Notches or holes are arranged in a part of the ring shape so as to obtain penetration between the outer peripheral surface and inner peripheral surface of the ring shape or between the upper surface and lower surface of the ring shape constituting the buffer member 30.</p> |
