The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for automotive vehicles. The present invention is to cool and heat in the interior of the vehicle with excellent efficiency regardless of a condition in the interior of the vehicle by inhaling air in the interior of the vehicle with a less influence of the temperature of the exterior thereof and solar radiation and by cooling and heating the interior thereof. The air conditioning system for automotive vehicles in order to achieve the purpose comprises: a ventilation fan which is mounted in a side wall of the rear seat of the vehicle and inhales the air in the interior of the vehicle to the internal side of a scroll casing; a ventilator in which a ventilation motor for driving the ventilation fan is installed; and a heat exchanger to heat or cool the air which is inhaled through the ventilator. The scroll casing includes: a first air inlet which is opened toward the exterior of the vehicle to receive the air in the direction of the exterior thereof; a second air inlet which is opened toward the direction of the interior of the vehicle to receive the air in the direction of the interior thereof; and an air outlet exhausting the inhaled air. The ventilation fan includes a first wing portion on one side which is corresponded to the first air inlet to inhales the air in the direction of the exterior of the vehicle and a second wing portion on the other side which is corresponded to the second air inlet and inhales the air of the direction of the interior thereof, wherein the diameter of the second air inlet is formed larger than the diameter of the first air inlet.
