<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing press-in device which can press-in a casing at a point away from an adjacent land in a specially narrow and triangular-shaped corner ground. <P>SOLUTION: In a casing press-in device in the present invention, a base frame 1 that lies on a ground, an elevating frame 2 that is supported above the base frame 1 in a freely-liftable manner with a lifting cylinder 3, and a rotary-driven press-in mechanism K that rotationally presses-in a steel pipe pile or a casing P to the ground, are included. The center of a casing insertion port 8 opened through both the base frame 1 and the elevating frame 2 is assigned as a boring center C. A pair of the hydraulic lifting cylinders 3 are placed forward from the gravity center G of the machine body, sitting symmetrically on the left and the right side of the boring center C that is on the left-right line E. The gravity center G of the machine body is arranged to be on a front-back line in the plan view and backward on the machine body from the boring center C, and a gravity-center-position-adjusting hydraulic cylinder 35 that corrects the gravity center G position to coincide with the boring center C is placed backward from the gravity center G and between the base frame 1 and the elevating frame 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
