The present invention provides a high-strength steel wire not to generate a crack inside without a tempering process by controlling a microstructure of a steel wire. Moreover, the present invention provides an ultra-fine steel wire with the small diameter, wherein bending, necking, and segmentation are not generated as a drawing direction and an array direction of a microstructure are same when a steel wire is drawn.
