Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for applying signaling of WLAN-3GPP interworking. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a first configuration of an interworking parameter by dedicated signaling, wherein the first configuration is not released when UE enters an idle mode; receiving a second configuration of the interworking parameter by broadcast signaling when the UE is in the idle mode; and overriding the first configuration with the second configuration.
