<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for transferring plastic bottles that can conveniently fill a mold for holding the bottle with various kinds of sources and foods, seal the bottle, and easily replace the mold according to the size and shape of the bottle. The apparatus for transferring plastic bottles includes: a rotation shaft which is installed to a support frame and is connected to a chain transfer motor; an endless chain which is wound around sprockets installed to both rotation shafts; a server filling unit and supplies a source; a weighting paper supply unit; a sealing unit for supplying and sealing a sealing sheet fixed with a deoxidizer; an automatic capping unit; and a discharge unit. A mold has a mold coupling member which couples two molds at a constant interval by a coupler connected to the chain, an interval adjusting rod and a mold fixing member which are installed to the mold coupling member by fixing bolts according to the size and shape of the plastic bottle, and a plastic bottle support groove formed on the mold fixing member to receive the plastic bottle.</p> |
