The present invention relates to a device and a method for producing an insulation textile impregnated with aerogel using a laminating method. The device comprises a supply unit having a first sprayer moving a fabric of a single layer and impregnating an aerogel mixture; a lamination unit having a lamination roller stacking and arranging the fabric of a single layer; a pressurization unit having a pressurization roller and a support roller to pass the laminated fabric and pressurize the same; a drying unit having a dryer to dry the pressurized fabric; and a recovery unit having a recovery roll which winds the dried fabric and recovers the same. Accordingly, the aerogel mixture is deeply and uniformly impregnated in a thin fabric and a thick fabric is produced by arranging a plurality of thin fabrics. The aerogel mixture is fully impregnated in the thickness direction of the fabric more easily and simply than when the aerogel mixture is impregnated in a thick fabric.
