<p>The present invention relates to a structure of inputting and outputting green beans and coffee beans of a coffee roaster, which roasts green beans into coffee beans by inputting green beans and then re-discharging roasted coffee beans in a coffee roaster using direct flame roasting method. The present invention relates to a structure of inputting and outputting green beans and coffee beans of a coffee roaster, which puts green beans into the inner side of an input hopper of the upper part, and roasts the green beans inputted during a rotation drum being rotated in both direction, and when the coffee beans are hit by a stirring blade which is bent in a spiral shape to be coupled with the inner side of the cylindrical rotation drum being rotated in one direction, generates a force in the horizontal direction moved toward an opened part of the rotation drum to make the roasted coffee beans to be naturally flowed out along a sliding panel only by opening a door panel.</p> |
