摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use resources effectively and to improve strength and toughness of a zirconia sintered compact, by acquiring the zirconia sintered compact through the use of recycle zirconia powder which is obtained by once grinding and dissolving zirconia sintered compact for grinding.SOLUTION: In the method for producing the recycle zirconia powder by using the zirconia sintered compact for grinding, the following steps are used: a step (1) to produce zirconia particles by grinding the zirconia sintered compact for grinding; a step (2) to dissolve the zirconia particles obtained in the grinding step with an acid; a step (3) to dilute the solution obtained in the dissolving step with water; a step (4) to prepare a zirconia powder precursor from the dilute solution obtained in the dilution step via a coprecipitation method, a hydrolysis method, a hydrothermal synthesis method, or a spray drying method; and a step (5) to produce the recycle zirconia powder by drying and calcining the precursor obtained in the precursor preparing step.
