<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing optical element, which reliably positions an optical element material and manufactures a high-precision optical element. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing optical element includes: a positioning step of blowing a gas G on the optical element material 100 located on a lower mold 3 from the outer periphery for positioning the optical element material 100; a heating step of heating the positioned optical element material 100; a pressurizing step of pressurizing the heated optical element material 100 with an upper mold 2 and the lower mold 3; and a cooling step of cooling the pressurized optical element material 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
