摘要 本发明公开了一种具抗癌活性的3,5-二溴水杨醛缩2-氨基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇希夫碱的合成方法及应用。3,5-二溴水杨醛缩2-氨基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇希夫碱的分子式为:C<sub>11</sub>H<sub>13</sub>Br<sub>2</sub>NO<sub>3</sub>,分子量为:366.93,具有良好的抗癌活性。(1)将2.799g分析纯的3,5-二溴水杨醛置于三口烧瓶中,加入15ml 的无水乙醇加热搅拌待其完全溶解,然后加入1.051g分析纯的2-氨基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇,再加入10ml的无水乙醇,水浴加热,设定温度为65℃,回流搅拌约120分钟。(2)于室温下冷却、自然挥发结晶,静置3天后,得到黄色块状晶体。3,5-二溴水杨醛缩2-氨基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇希夫碱应用于制作抗癌药物。本发明具有工艺简单、成本低廉、化学组分易于控制、重复性好并产量高等优点。
