<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a humanoid robot skin, wherein the method comprises the steps of: producing a final master copy having the same outer shape as a final humanoid robot and an initial master copy which is the same as or different from the outer shape thereof; producing a main mold having a hollow frame corresponding to the final master copy; producing an elastic mold having a hollow frame corresponding to the final master copy and having elasticity; producing a hard mold having a particular level of strength in the outside of the elastic mold; separating the hard mold, elastic mold, and initial master copy from each other; penetrating an insertion hole having a particular size in a head region of the elastic mold; uniformly producing a liquid skin material on an internal wall surface of the elastic mold through the insertion hole; hardening the liquid skin material to produce a skin, fixing the outside of the elastic mold with the hard mold, and injecting a liquid material for constituting a frame and a fat layer of the humanoid robot through the insertion hole; and completing the production of the humanoid robot by separating the hard mold and the elastic mold after the liquid material is completely hardened.</p> |
