PROCESS OF BRIQUETTING BIOMASS WITH WASTE PAPER AS BINDER INTO FUEL

The present utility model discloses the process involved in the briquetting of biomass with waste paper as binder into fuel. The process comprises steps to include: collecting waste papers and biomass; weighing the waste paper and biomass in desired ratio; tearing the waste paper into smaller pieces; chopping or cutting the biomass into smaller chunks; submerging the waste paper and biomass in water overnight or until thoroughly saturated; smashing the mixture manually or with electric mixer until very mushy to the touch; draining the mushy mixture; scooping the mixture to the briquetting apparatus; operating the briquetting apparatus to produce the biomass briquette; drying the biomass briquette under the sun; packing and storing the biomass briquette ready for use. The briquette should be packed in plastic bags and stored in dry place to prevent absorption of moisture.
