<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor apparatus 70 allowed to be applied to a living body when directly and simultaneously measuring shear stress and contact pressure and capable of measuring shear stress excluding the influence of the contact pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A polypyrrole thin film is used for a pressure conversion element 50 and a copper clad polyimide film is used for an electrode material. In a shear stress measurement part 30, comb portions between an interdigital electrode 11a in a one-face-side electrode 10 and an interdigital electrode 21a in a counter side electrode 20 are aligned and opposed and the pressure conversion element 50 is put between both the electrodes. In a contact pressure measurement part 40, a square electrode 12a in the one-face-side electrode 10 is opposed to an interdigital electrode 21c in the counter side electrode 20 and the pressure conversion element 50 is put between both the electrodes. An output obtained by subtracting a resistance variationΔR<SB POS="POST">b</SB>caused by the influence of contact pressure from a resistance variationΔR<SB POS="POST">a</SB>in the shear stress measurement part 30 or the like is obtained based on the relation of a resistance variation of a 4-gauge bridge circuit 60 to measure shear stress excluding the influence of the contact stress. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
