The present disclosure relates to a connection member (501; 801; 1103), in form of an interfacing sleeve for extending an lelectrical contact, for a headset plug (601; 901; 1101), a headset jack (602; 902; 1102) and a terminal device (1100). The connection member has at least one pin (503; 803,804; 1104,1105), in form of a clip, and when the connection member is connected with the headset plug, the at least one pin makes contact with at least one terminal of the headset plug near an end portion of the terminal. The connection member proposed in the present disclosure can reduce the length of the necessary portion of the headset plug to be inserted into the headset jack, and reduce the effective depth (m) of the headset jack, thereby saving space in the terminal device configured with the headset jack. |
