The present invention relates to a heater using sawdust as the raw material and, more particularly, a sawdust heater, which is capable of adjusting heating power while increasing the maximum heating power, and selectively removing the combustion. To achieve this, the sawdust heater includes a cylindrical body having a top surface open, and a communicating portion connected to a side surface of the cylindrical body. The cylindrical body includes an upper end part and a lower end part, which are integrated with each other with respect to a donut type separation plate. Sawdust is stored and burned in the upper end part. The burned sawdust drops to the lower end part and the heat of the combustion is emitted to the lower end part. The upper end part has one or more air suction holes formed along the circumference of the cylindrical body. A multi-layered holding part is placed on the donut type separation plate, wherein the multi-layered holding part is formed by stacking two or more loop-shaped plates on top of each other to be spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction. According to the present invention, the structure of the multi-layered holding part causes sawdust heaped in the upper end part not to be burned and drop to the lower end part, and two or more layers to be spaced apart from each other to make smooth the flow of air, thereby maximizing the heating power of sawdust combustion. By a combustion removal unit, a combustion state may be selectively removed or maintained in a simple method, thereby driving the sawdust heater as needed. |
