The present invention relates to a hybrid tractor, and especially to an arrangement method of a battery system of the hybrid tractor. The battery system of the hybrid tractor comprises an internal combustion engine; an engine control portion to control the engine; a transmission to shift a rotation speed of the engine; a motor-generator connected to the engine; and a motor-generator control portion controlling the motor-generator. The battery system comprises a battery (100) and an inverter (200), wherein the battery (100) of the battery system provides the battery system of the hybrid tractor which is installed in a location selected among a lower portion (1) of an engine room, a space portion (2) in the opposite of a fuel tank of a side portion of a tractor, an upper end portion (3) of a rear wheel fender, and a wheel internal side portion (4) of a rear wheel.
