<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle conveying apparatus and a method of cleaning fine particle using the fine particle conveying apparatus, which stir, convey and clean fine particle in order to perform efficient fine particle conveyance and removal of air pollution fine particle. <P>SOLUTION: The fine particle conveying apparatus 1 includes a conveying pipe 3 for conveying fine particles 2, an electrode 4 arranged in the conveying pipe 3 and an AC power 6 which is connected with the electrode 4 and discharges an atmosphere 5 in the conveying pipe 3. According to the fine particle conveying apparatus 1, the fine particle stirring by virtue of electrostatic force and the conveyance of fine particles 2 by virtue of plasma induction flow can be performed without using carrier gas and with a simple constitution using discharge by means of the AC power 6 of single phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
