<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which uses a sheet for sealing solar cell element comprising an ethylene copolymer composition excellent in transparency, heat resistance, adhesion, flexibility, formability, durability or the like and requiring no crosslinking process, and is excellent in the adhesion to the upper protection material of a sheet for module seal and to its back sheet, and also excellent in the transparency of the sheet for seal and manufacturing stability. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module uses the sheet for sealing the solar cell element comprising the composition with≤3 pts.wt. of alkoxysilane including an amino group or an epoxy group blended to 100 pts.wt. of ethylene-polar monomer copolymer including a polar monomer including a polar group selected from carboxylic acid, carboxylic salt, carboxylic acid anhydride, epoxy group, hydroxyl group, and amino group, on the light-receiving side and the back side of the solar cell element. The content of the polar monomer of the copolymer of the light receiving side sheet is≥14 wt.%, and the content of the polar monomer unit of the copolymer of the back side sheet is≤12 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
