<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe end sealing device which provides excellent workability and can appropriately seal the pipe end of a regeneration pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe end sealing device 10 is used to seal a pipe end 102 of a regeneration pipe 100, and includes a plug member 12 to be inserted into the pipe end 102 of the regeneration pipe 100 and a fastening member 14 for fastening the pipe end 102 from the outer surface side of the regeneration pipe 100. The plug member 12 is formed columnar, and has a grooved recessed part (18) formed throughout the outer peripheral surface in a circumferential direction. The fastening member 14 includes a wire member 28 and a pressing member 30, and is provided on the position of the recessed part (18) while the plug member 12 is inserted in the pipe end 102. The wire member 28 passes around the regeneration pipe 100, and the both ends extend upward to pass through openings 44 of the pressing member 30 respectively.
