<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tape-like oxide superconductive wire having improved superconducting characteristics by a relatively simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A tape-like base material 20 having a surface on which a superconductive raw material solution is adhered is stored in a heat-treating furnace 11 of a heat treatment apparatus 10. The tape-like base material 20 is formed to be pancake-like by being wound with a gap between adjacent tapes. A gas supply pipe 12 is arranged on the top face side of the tape-like base material 20 wound in a pancake-like form. The gas supply pipe 12 ejects (supplies) gas from a side surface direction of the tape-like base material 20 in parallel with a surface of the tape-like base material 20. Accordingly, a superconducting layer is simultaneously formed on both sides of the tape-like base material 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
