<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a parameter of substance migration in a bedrock, capable of uniquely determining three parameters consisting of a bedrock crack opening width, a dispersion coefficient inside the crack, and a matrix diffusion coefficient. <P>SOLUTION: A value range is estimated respectively of a crack opening width of a target bedrock, a matrix diffusion coefficient and a gap ratio of a rock substrate part, and based on the estimated crack opening width, matrix diffusion coefficient and gap ratio, and a theoretically derived relational expression, a size of a tracer testing sample, and an injection rate and injection time of a tracer solution are set. With respect to the tracer testing sample of a set shape, the tracer solution of the set injection rate is injected throughout the set injection time from one side face, and a time change is measured of a concentration of the tracer solution discharged from the other side face. Based on the time change of the measured concentration, a breakthrough curve is created and by comparing the breakthrough curve with a theoretical solution of a dominant equation, a combination of the three parameters is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
