<p>The meter has a rotatable longitudinal body (12) of a turbine (10) equipped with a set of longitudinal blades (11). A set of regularly distributed support arms (13) of the blades connects the blades to the rotatable body of the turbine. Each blade is arranged with multiple separate longitudinal thrust units (14, 15) on the support arms. The cross-sections of the blades are adapted to receive the thrust of a fluid jet when the blades are active and to allow circulation of fluid between the thrust units when the blades are inactive.</p> |
