A lower supporter for the floating marine wind power generator related to an embodiment of the present invention includes the marine wind power generator; a vertical supporter separating the wind power generator from the surface of the sea while being installed on one side of the marine wind power generator being submerged by being separated at a predetermined interval, supporting the generator and a tower, and absorbing a load generated by the wind power generator; the vertical floating structure formed on one side of the underside of the vertical supporter and providing buoyancy to float the wind power generator and the vertical supporter; the baffles formed on one side of the outer circumference of the vertical floating structure and generating a Coanda effect; and multiple floating supporting lines diagonally connecting one side of the vertical floating structure and the sea bottom to fixate the position of the vertical floating structure.
