PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment distribution machine in which there is not need of operation stop of an alignment distribution machine and a production plant using an alignment distribution machine at failure of several distribution ends of two or more lines of two or more distribution objects.SOLUTION: An alignment distribution machine (12) in which two or more distribution objects (G) are distributed to two or more distribution ends (14A-D) by lines having the same number with a number of two or more distribution ends includes: distribution end trouble detection means (32A-D) that detect respective failures of two or more distribution ends and emit failure signals; a distribution object feed rate adjustable means (28) that can change feed rates of two or more distribution objects in two or more distribution lines of two or more distribution objects to two or more distribution ends, and that lower the feed rates with generation of failure signals by distribution end trouble detection means; and distribution object distribution means (30A, 30B) in which distribution objects in distribution lines that correspond to distribution ends in which failures are detected by distribution end trouble detection means are distributed to distribution lines that correspond to distribution ends in which failures are not detected by distribution end trouble detection means. |
