<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep-drawn thermoformed container that can sustain retort processing. <P>SOLUTION: A thermoformed container is formed by solid phase pressure forming a crystalline propylene polymer sheet having following characteristics (a)-(c), and has a deep drawn structure in which a ratio of a depth to a diameter is 1 or larger. A thermal contraction percentage of the container at 125°C is 3% or smaller. (a) In a measurement of a temperature rising elution fractionation (TREF) using orthodichlorobenzene as a solvent, components eluted at a temperature of 40°C or lower are 1 wt.% or smaller and a temperature (Tp) at which the eluted component amount is the largest value is between 113°C and 125°C. (b) When 10<SP POS="POST">5</SP>times of an inverse number of storage elastic modulus value (unit: Pa) at an intersection Gc of a frequencyωrelevancy curve G'(ω) of the storage elastic modulus and a frequencyωrelevancy curve G"(ω) of a loss elastic modulus in a dynamic viscoelastic measurement is indicated as PI, the PI is 4.0 or larger. (c) A melt flow rate (MFR) measured based on JIS K7210 (at a temperature of 230°C and under a load of 2.16 kg) is 0.2-1 g/10 minutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
