A case 20 includes a case body 21 and a cover member 22. The case body 21 includes a bottom wall portion 30 having a surface area which allows selective accommodation of a first substrate 10A and a second substrate 10B and an outer peripheral portion 32. The outer peripheral portion 32 includes a front wall portion 32a (a reference wall portion), a pair of left wall portion 32c and left wall portion 32d which come into abutment with lateral sides of the first substrate 10A and the second substrate 10B, and ribs 36 (first restraint portions) configured to restrain the first substrate 10A in cooperation with the front wall portion 32a at a position where a reference side of the first substrate 10A comes into abutment with the front wall portion 32a. The case body 21 includes a diaphragm 37 (a second restraint portion) configured to restrain the second substrate 10B in cooperation with the front wall portion 32a at a position where a reference side of the second substrate 10B comes into abutment with the front wall portion 32a.
