The present invention relates to dried sweet potatoes and a method for making the same, capable of extending the shelf life and raising the merchantability by shortening the after-aging period and preventing a drip phenomenon. The method for manufacturing dried sweet potatoes comprise: a cutting step of cutting selected and washed sweet potatoes into stick-shaped pieces; a steaming step of steaming the cut sweet potato sticks in a steamer containing germanium; a drying step of drying the steamed sweet potato sticks; and an after-aging step of aging the dried sweet potato sticks. |
