The present invention relates to preventing a breakaway of a locking unit of a bump unit by readily inserting the bump unit into the locking unit using a magnetic force of opposite polarities applied on a surface of the bump unit inside the locking unit where the bump unit is inserted. According to the invention, a trenchless lining constructing system using a lining profile comprises: the elastic lining profile having a bump unit and a locking unit formed on an end in a longitudinal direction, which are engaged with each other to form a spiral wall member along an inner periphery of an existing pipe; a pipe making device which moves a pressure roller engaged with the lining profile along the longitudinal direction such that the ends of the lining profiles are bonded with each other, and the bump unit and the locking unit of the lining profile are engaged with each other; and a mortar supply device which mixes and supplies mortar and a curing agent between the existing pipe and a profile pipe, wherein magnetic powders with opposite polarities are applied on an outer surface of the bump and inside the locking unit of the lining profile.
