The present invention relates to a method for making garlic with medicinal herbs, the method comprising a washing step, a boiling step, an aging step, and a drying step. In the washing step, garlic is washed. In the boiling step, the washed garlic is boiled in water obtained by boiling sub-materials including Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica gigas, Agrimonia pilosa, Pleuropterus multiflorus, dried orange peel, Amomum villosum, ginger, Siberian Ginseng, and Pueraria lobata. In the aging step, the boiled garlic is aged at a low temperature of 5-10°C for 3 days. In the drying step, the aged garlic is dried at 50-60°C for 8-10 hours. According to the present invention, spicy and pungent garlic is made into nutty and aromatic garlic with medicinal herbs, thereby allowing a user to ingest nutrients of the garlic easily and conveniently and extending the storage period of the garlic. |
