<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the incorrect connection of a building facility and a watt-hour meter with a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The building facility management system comprises: integrating wattmeters 13a to 13d for detecting electric energy to be supplied to air conditioners 11a to 11d; and a control unit 10 for acquiring data of the integrating wattmeters 13a to 13d, and for tuning on/off the air conditioners 11a to 11d. The control unit 10 includes: stop means for temporarily stopping all the air conditioners 11a to 11d of a first block 100; data acquisition means for starting and operating one air conditioner in the first block 100 for a predetermined time, and for acquiring data from one integrating wattmeter corresponding to the one air conditioner as integrated electric energy; and incorrect connection determination means for, when a difference between the acquired integrated electric energy and the reference integrated electric energy of the one air conditioner is larger than a predetermined value, determining that the one wattmeter is connected to another air conditioner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
