PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pupil diameter measuring apparatus which can measure a pupil diameter with high accuracy without adjusting the distance with an imaging apparatus, etc.SOLUTION: The pupil diameter measuring apparatus includes an indicator irradiation part 3 that irradiates the vicinity of the pupil of a subject with an indicator, and a camera section 1 that acquires a captured image that contains the indicator and the pupil. The pupil diameter measuring apparatus extracts an indicator image from the captured image, calculates the exact size of the indicator image in the captured image, extracts a pupil image from the captured image, and calculates the exact size of the subject's pupil, using the exact size of the calculated indicator image. |
