摘要 <p>A first needle (20) and a second needle (24) are coaxially arranged in a flow channel that connects a tank connection port (11) and a canister connection port (12). The second needle (24) has: a small-diameter communication channel (25) that connects the tank connection port (11) and the canister connection port (12); a first valve seat (26) for making contact with and separating from a first valve element (23) on the first needle (20); and a second valve element (27) for making contact with and separating from a second valve seat (33) on the canister connection port (12) side. A first spring (22) urges the first needle (20) together with the second needle (24) to close the valve, and when the first needle (20) is attracted by the electromagnetic force of a solenoid part (14), the tank connection port (11) is placed in communication with the communication channel (25) to allow flow at a low flow rate, and the second needle (24) further opens the valve in accordance with the pressure difference, and the tank connection port (11) and the canister connection port (12) are placed in direct communication to allow flow at a high flow rate.</p>
