DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING AGD PIPELINE OF REDUCING FURNACE

A device and a method for dismounting an AGD pipe of a reduction furnace. The dismounting device comprises: steel platforms disposed at two sides of an AGD pipe mounting location of a reduction furnace; a pipe sliding device disposed on the steel platform close to one side of the reduction furnace and comprising a frame-type bracket body (2), a moving jacking device (4), a fixed jacking device (3), a front disassembling bracket (1), and a rear disassembling bracket being disposed on the bracket body; and a swinging telescopic arm (5) disposed on the steel platform at the other side of the reduction furnace and facing a mounting hole of an AGD pipe of the reduction furnace. The AGD pipe is mounted through alternating jacking of the moving jacking device (4) and the fixed jacking device (3) and dragging of the swinging telescopic arm (5). The entire dismounting process is performed rapidly and efficiently outside a furnace body, thereby avoiding and reducing lots of lifting, driving, protection and construction measures. Therefore, the dismounting and maintenance are convenient.
