Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing salt and salt water from Rhus chinensis, a Rhus chinensis salt water, and Rhus chinensis salt, which are developed by inventing new salt without sodium and removing distrust on sea salt by sea pollution. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: extracting not only fruits of Rhus chinensis, but also root, stem, branch, and leaves of Rhus chinensis; and obtaining needed Rhus chinensis salt water by removing impurities such as fiber by centrifugal separation of the extract, thereby having an effect of mass producing Rhus chinensis salt water and salt containing active ingredients of Rhus chinensis. |
