<p>The present invention relates to a decelerator for an auger excavator, which comprises a housing, planetary gears, and an output shaft and transfers an appropriate number of rotations and torque for boring the ground and rock to an auger. The planetary gears having different deceleration ratios are vertically connected in multiple stages, and the planetary gears in each stage are formed as a structure of two upper and lower stages, ring gears having upper and lower steps are engaged with the planetary gears of each stage in a corresponding manner, a ring gear fixing body having fixing gears having the same shape so as to be engaged with fixing gears formed on the outer circumferential surfaces of upper end portions of the ring gears is fixed to the outermost portion by a fixing shaft. Ring gear operating units are installed and fixed to upper and lower ends of the ring gear fixing body such that the ring gear operating units are settled to correspond to upper and lower surfaces of lower end portions of the ring gears. As the ring gears are lifted and lowered according to operations of the ring gear operating units, the ring gears are engaged with the ring gear fixing body and the upper planetary gear so as to be controlled in rotation thereof, thus performing deceleration rotation with respect to a corresponding stage number, or as the ring gears are separated from the ring gear fixing body so as to be engaged with both a lower portion of the upper planetary gear and the lower planetary gear, 1:1 rotation is performed with respect to the corresponding stage number. Thus, according to the present invention, a deceleration ratio of the decelerator can be freely adjusted by decelerating a portion or the entirety of the planetary gear units according to operation environments to thus freely adjust a deceleration ratio of the decelerator, and various revolutions per minute (RPMs) and torque can be provided through the single auger excavator.</p> |
