struts, the struts including first and second struts, wherein the second struts are wider than the first struts; andturns, each turn engaging two struts, the turns consisting of first turns and second turns, wherein one of the two struts engaged to a first turn is a second strut and each of the two struts engaged to a second turn is a first strut; adjacent serpentine cylindrical bands being joined by connectors, the connectors engaged only to first turns, wherein some but not all first turns of a serpentine cylindrical band are engaged to a connector; wherein there are more first turns than second turns.
