摘要 <p>According to the present invention, a system for overall producing high-quality amino acid fertilizers and feeds from blood protein of slaughtered livestock at a high speed and a high efficiency comprises a high-pressure homogenizer (12) for dispersing blood (1b) of slaughtered animals (1a), which is collected from a slaughter house (1), in a fine particle state, thereby homogenizing the blood (1b) into a stabilized emulsification state of liquid blood (1c); a zymolytic reaction apparatus (20) for feeding natural enzymes including protease and lipase into the blood (1c), which has been pulverized and homogenized in an ultrafine particle state by passing through the high-pressure homogenizer (12), to proceed with a reaction procedure, thereby decomposing protein in the blood (1c) into amino acid components; a filter press (25) for separating the blood (1c) discharged from the zymolytic reaction apparatus (20) into a liquid material (1d) and a solid component (1e); a mixer (30) for receiving the liquid material (1d) separated by the filter press (25), feeding micro-nutrient fertilizer components including minerals, nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium, followed by mixing, thereby preparing a liquid fertilizer (1d′) containing amino acids; a magnetic water ware (40a) for treating the liquid fertilizer (1d′) with magnetic water by passing the liquid fertilizer (1d′) prepared in the mixer (30) between lines of magnetic force; a liquid fertilizer storage tank (70) for cold-storing the liquid fertilizer (1d′) which have passed through the magnetic water ware (40a); and a divider (75) for dividing the liquid fertilizer (1d′) stored in the liquid fertilizer storage tank at a constant amount, and packaging the divided liquid fertilizer (1d′) by the individual package unit.</p>
