The present invention relates to a fire door of a new structure with enhanced fire protecting performance and thermal barrier performance. According to the present invention, the fire door maintains to usually be thin and obtains sufficient flame retardancy and heat protection when being heated in case of a fire since an expansion sheet (20) manufactured of an expanded graphite material is installed between a support frame (10) and an outer panel (30). Therefore, the fire door can be opened and closed very easily since the fire door remains to usually be thin. Moreover, as the expansion sheet (20) is expanded and cuts off heat in case of a fire, the fire door prevents the fire from spreading by spontaneous combustion due to a high-temperature heat transmitted to the opposite side where fire is not occurred, or prevents sufferings of various injuries including burns to those people who have fled to an evacuation space. |
